JOB DESCRIPTION

1.To build and develop human resources:

  • Build task functions / job descriptions of job positions / departments.
  • Develop KPI evaluation criteria and processes.
  • Set up KPIs, monitor and evaluate staff capacity monthly or quarterly.
  • Making annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment, training and development plans for human resources.
  • Recruiting personnel in accordance with the development needs of the company and departments year / quarter / month / week … scale of 150 to 200 employees
  • Develop regulations on remuneration, benefits and incentive measures – stimulate workers to work.
  • Develop promotion policies and replace personnel.
  • Budgeting personnel.
  • Develop career development programs for employees.
  • Human resource planning to better serve the business and production strategy of the company.

2. Administration of human resources:

  • Organize and perform administrative tasks according to functions and duties and at the request of the Board of Management.
  • Reconstructing labor regulations, system of rules, procedures and regulations for the Company and supervising the observance of those rules.
  • Provide solutions and maintain the implementation of internal rules and regulations of the Company
  • Organize and administer the relevant administrative activities: fleet management, kitchen management, industrial hygiene and medical contractor management, document storage, supporting the organization of Ceremony, seminar of the company
  • Develop regulations and plans related to the use of company assets and equipment.
  • Develop plans and organize and supervise the implementation of fourth order security, labor safety, labor hygiene and fire prevention.
  • Researching, drafting and approving the regulations applied in the Company, developing the Asset Management Department / organizational structure of the company – the implementation divisions and organizations.
  • Proposing the organizational structure and executive apparatus of the Company.
  • Develop policies, regulations and management of personnel-related activities: apprenticeship, probationary, labor contracts, salaries, bonuses, annual leave, etc. HR, labor contract, payroll, leave, outside work, PIT registration and family circumstance deduction, ATM account, participation and implementation of social insurance-BHYT-BHTN-CD regimes, newspaper report to increase and decrease labor, terminate labor contracts and hand over, implement the regimes according to the company’s regulations, Employee Information …);
  • Developing internal conflict resolution process, handling violations / discipline for employees, resolving labor disputes.
  • Assisting other departments in personnel management and acting as a bridge between the Board of Directors and the Employees in the Company. Supporting relevant departments for staff training, how to recruit personnel … Supporting relevant departments in administrative work.
3. Building and developing corporate culture:
  • Advise and advise the Board of Directors of the company to build a culture of conduct and professional ethics.
  • Building activities to engage company members
  • Incorporate the development of a community-based program for the company

4. Staff management and talent management
  • Combine with other heads of departments to develop appropriate personnel assessment criteria
  • Building appropriate salary and bonus regime

5. Participate in building ERP system
  • Responsible for developing the department’s process system, in line with the general requirements of the ERP system
  • Be the focal point to gather and process information with partners providing ERP software
Power:
  • Manage and use assets, personnel and other resources assigned by the Company to perform the tasks;
  • Proposing to the Company Director measures to deal with units that violate the Company’s regulations on the fields under the management function of the Division;
  • Request all levels to provide fully and promptly necessary information related to the performance of functions and duties of the Division;
  • Proposing the training and participating in the process of training human resources for organizational and human resource management;
  • Attend conferences, contribute ideas to build the Company’s rules and regulations related to the Division’s management;
  • Participate in the internal quality assessment process and the Leadership review process on the quality management system applied by the Company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Men / women, good health, under 40 years old, have at least 5 years of experience in personnel management at manufacturing companies with a scale of> 100 employees
  • University graduate majoring in human resource management, law or equivalent, with priority given to candidates with foreign language skills (English, Chinese, Japanese)
  • Good communication skill
  • Understand and have good skills in applying labor law and social insurance law of Socialist Republic of Vietnam
  • Knowledge of the principles and methods of establishing wage scale systems, job descriptions, ranks, salary surveys, welfare building principles
  • Experience in deploying ERP or ISO for industrial plants
